New Bethel Cemetery, Jarvis Kentucky

Okay, my sense of direction really sucks. But.. I went north on 25e, and turned east onto
229. This church and cemetery are on the right side of the road about 8 miles down 229.
The graves face the direction from which I came.. which would be west. This stone faces west,
so that makes the finger point south. Am I right? I've seen the fingers on the stones
point towards heaven, but never south (or any other direction). I thought that was pretty interesting.
