My Eternal Companion
Yes.. I really have one.. compliments of Mallory. She came in from the Dollar Store day before yesterday with this little tin frog for me.. I gave her money for more water balloons, but instead she bought me this frog.. whom I've named (obviously) "Freddy".
With her eyes just shining she gave him to me and said...
I wanted to get you something to put into your grave with you, so you don't be lonely, so you keep this frog for all of your life and when you die, I'm going to put you in your grave with him.
How...thoughtful, Mallory honey I do so love Freddy the Frog and I will cherish him forever. Literally!
