Silly Superstitions?

I've heard that if a bird tries to get into your window, you'll have a death in the house. I know that on the 17th Bonnie and Kelly hit a bird with their car, and it flew into Bonnie's open car window. Its neck was broken and it was flopping around in the car so they pulled over and Kelly killed it. He said that it was the only thing he could think to do because it was suffering.

When Dad was in the hospital 2 doves stayed in front of his window, picking seed or something from the ground. I kept running them off but they just kept coming back. They bothered me, but they just kept coming back.

2 doves. I just can't help but think of his 2 sisters, Midge and Jean.

No. I don't think this is a silly superstition at all.
