A Miracle!
Sarah, Cooking!!
While she was cooking, the house started to fill with the smell of smoke. Bonnie was just sure Sarah had set something on fire.. even I was wondering enough to have her open the oven and check on the cornbread.. we opened the doors to let some smoke out.. watched as it billowed out into the air.. and I got my jacket on and went to the porch, I had to go back in and tell them to quickly shut the doors. The smoke wasn't coming from Sarah's cooking after all - something was on fire outside down the road and the smoke was so thick it was just hovering over the park across the street. We weren't letting smoke out when we'd opened the doors, we were just letting more in. I don't know what was on fire out there, but this time it wasn't Sarah's cooking! Way to go Sarah, dinner was Great!
