Two story farmhouse in South East Kentucky, on 5 flat acres of land, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large family room, large kitchen, a fireplace in the living room would be nice. There must be a medium sized fishing pond outside, and small old cemetery somewhere on the grounds, visible from the house. A resident ghost isn't required but would be welcome.
